Hello there, I’m Pam, and welcome to PA Today.

I set up PA Today in 2012 to answer the call for help of numerous entrepreneurs and business professionals. They needed help in saving time, effort or money in order to succeed.  Identifying that professionals around me were stifled and overwhelmed by the volume of tasks that lay before them each day, I developed PA Today to be the go-to people for getting the job done.

 

Based around administration and business management activities, I was soon working with a variety of businesses and seeing some great results from our work together.

 

I have over 30 years’ experience in high level business management, PA and administrative support, customer services and project management. I bring these skills to the table and relish a challenge. The experience that I gained from that first year of PA Today has paved the way for success.

 

I now have a team of over fifty Associates. The Associate team at PA Today consists of a varied blend of talented and experienced professionals.

 

I have confidence in my team and take great care in providing the ‘right fit’ when it comes to introducing an Associate to a client. By doing this, I can instantly envisage success for my clients; as Associates align their efforts with the objectives of said business or organisation.

 

I also work with a select number of clients myself on a day-to-day basis, providing business management services to a range of organisations and businesses. I am at my happiest seeing positive results from efficiencies.

 

I have been extremely honoured to receive awards for my work at PA Today in recent years. In 2015 I was awarded England Runner up VA of the Year and North West VA of the Year, and in 2017 I was also awarded ‘Referral Master of the Year’ from Business for Breakfast.

 

I am also currently serving as President at BNI Dabbers, Nantwich.

 

Why did I develop PA Today?

 

Using my people skills and my ‘can-do approach’ I tackle every challenge with the same common-sense approach. I am a natural organiser, a fan of efficiency, and a ‘do-er’. I noticed that not everyone has this talent for getting things done efficiently and so PA Today was born.

 

I am trained in Lean System thinking methods and I enjoy coaching and leading a team. I feel that using an agency like PA Today to streamline processes, can add value to your life and your customers.

 

I truly believe in outsourcing the jobs that you don’t have the time, inclination or skills to complete yourself. By outsourcing these tasks, you free yourself up to spend time on the things that really make a difference to your life.
